Eleven years ago, after a long career in the healing arts, I opened my first coaching practice with a new degree and a lot of unknowns.
I studied everything—from EFT and energy psychology to consciousness and business—and I kept testing and learning.
I read hundreds of books. Took the courses. Joined the masterminds. Hired mentors. Invested in my own growth again and again.
And over time, something happened.
My own work began to emerge.
I created my own method. Then came the programs, the professional training, a bestselling book, and eventually, a company built around an expanding body of work.
But every expansion of the work required an expansion of me.
I had to let my identity grow beyond what I had already become known for and make room for what wanted to come next.
So when you tell me you’re restless, even though things look fine, I get it.
I know this threshold.
I know what it asks of you.
